Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to AI Nerd Network at ainerdnetwork.com and related hub pages (collectively, the “Hub”). The Hub is operated by K-Wired, LLC, a Florida, United States limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “Operator”).
By using the Hub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Hub.
Standalone property
AI Nerd Network is an independent media and tools property. The Hub does not require or imply affiliation with any other website or brand. Links to third-party companies, news sources, or tools appear only when they serve readers directly—not as cross-promotion of unrelated Operator properties.
What the Hub provides
The Hub offers AI-focused news and feeds, educational resources, a company link directory, and an index of tools. Editorial content, aggregated feeds, and learning materials on the Hub are provided free to read. Individual tools may be hosted on separate subdomains (for example, scanner.ainerdnetwork.com) and are subject to these Terms as well as any tool-specific terms shown on that subdomain.
Free access and paid tools
- The Hub and its knowledge sections are free to use. We do not place a direct paywall on core editorial or directory content on the Hub.
- Some tools linked from the Hub may offer optional paid plans or trials after a generous free tier. Free tiers are designed to handle the majority of everyday use. Pricing, limits, and billing are disclosed on each tool's own pages before you purchase.
- Failure to pay for an optional tool plan does not block access to the Hub itself.
Network standards
Anything published under the AI Nerd Network name—Hub pages, linked tools, and future community or upload features—must meet the standards below. These apply to Operator-built properties today and to community contributions when those features launch.
- 1. Clear helpfulness
Tools, guides, and community features on AI Nerd Network must provide real utility to humans. Paid tiers may exist for advanced use, but the free experience must remain genuinely useful for the majority of visitors—not a teaser that forces payment for basic help.
- 2. AI-authentic solutions
We do not promote automation, scripts, or generic software dressed up as “AI.” Products and tools associated with AI Nerd Network should meaningfully use artificial intelligence as a core part of what they do—not as marketing wallpaper.
- 3. PG-friendly and safe
Community pages, uploads, and user-submitted content must stay PG-friendly. Prohibited content includes pornography, malware, exploit code, harassment, and anything intended to harm people or systems. We may remove content and restrict access that violates this standard.
If you use upload, comment, or community features when they become available, you agree that your submissions will follow these standards. We may remove content or suspend access for violations.
Acceptable use
- Use the Hub for lawful purposes only.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at abusive rates, or reverse-engineer Hub infrastructure beyond normal browsing and RSS consumption.
- Do not upload or submit prohibited content (see Network standards).
- Do not misrepresent scan results, feed items, or educational material as professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
- Respect third-party websites linked from feeds, the company directory, or tools.
Third-party content and links
Feeds, directory entries, and tool outputs may reference or link to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of external sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Intellectual property
Hub branding, layout, and original editorial content are owned by Operator or its licensors. You may share links to Hub pages. You may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit Hub content without permission, except as allowed by law (for example, brief quotation with attribution).
Disclaimers
The Hub and tools are provided “as is.” AI news moves quickly; aggregated feeds and detector-style tools are informational. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for decisions you make based on Hub or tool output.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, K-Wired, LLC and its members, managers, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Hub or linked tools.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
