AI Nerd Network maintains two related but different listing paths: the AI Companies directory (major labs and platforms we track editorially) and builder listings tied to subscriptions, the Market, and Best of AI nominations.
Normal process — suggest a platform
- Visit Companies and scroll to Suggest a platform at the bottom of the page.
- Submit the platform name, official URL, your contact email, and any notes about why it belongs in the directory.
- Your suggestion is emailed to feedback@ainerdnetwork.com for review.
- Our editorial team verifies the product is real, categorizes it (chat, image, video, audio, etc.), and adds it to the directory if it meets our standards.
Normal process — list your AI business for voting
- Create a free AI Nerd Newbie account on the Subscribe page.
- During an open voting season, go to Nominate and choose the category that fits your product.
- Provide accurate business name, URL, and category details.
- After submission, your listing enters moderation before it appears publicly in that category.
Moderation at ANN
Every user-submitted listing is reviewed by a human before it goes live. We check that the URL resolves, the product is AI-related, the category is correct, and the listing is not spam or a duplicate. This usually takes a few business days during active seasons; peak voting windows may take longer. We may edit display text for clarity, move a listing to a better-fitting category, or decline entries that do not meet program rules. You will not receive an automatic email for every decision yet — if you need a status update, use Connect → List my project.
Common issues
My suggestion was submitted but the company is not in the directory yet
Why this happens: Editorial suggestions are queued. We prioritize widely used platforms and verify official product URLs before publishing.
How to fix: Allow several business days. If it has been more than two weeks, reply via Connect with your original submission date and platform URL.
My nomination was rejected or moved to another category
Why this happens: Categories are strict so voting stays fair. A chat bot listed under image generation, for example, will be moved or declined.
How to fix: Review the category definitions on the Vote pages and resubmit with the correct fit, or ask us on Connect if you believe the move was wrong.
Information on a company page is outdated (HQ, ticker, product link)
Why this happens: Public company data changes. Ticker chips use delayed quote feeds; product URLs change when vendors rebrand.
How to fix: Send a correction to feedback@ainerdnetwork.com or Connect → Feedback with the company name, what is wrong, and a link to the official source.
