This Privacy Policy describes how K-Wired, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Operator”) handles information when you use AI Nerd Network at ainerdnetwork.com and related hub pages (the “Hub”).
Tool subdomains (for example, scanner.ainerdnetwork.com) may collect additional data when you use those tools. Each tool's privacy practices are described on that subdomain's privacy page.
Operator
The Hub is operated by K-Wired, LLC, Florida, United States. This is the only place on the public Hub where the legal entity name is displayed by design—AI Nerd Network presents as a standalone property for readers.
Information we collect on the Hub
Information you provide
- Contact and community features (planned): If you subscribe to a newsletter, join Discord, or use future upload or community pages, we may collect the information you submit (such as email address, display name, or uploaded files). We will describe collection at the point you use each feature.
- Feedback: If you email us, we receive your message and email address.
Information collected automatically
- Hosting and analytics: Our hosting provider (for example, Vercel) may log IP address, browser type, referring URL, and similar technical data for security, performance, and aggregated analytics.
- Cookies: The Hub may use essential cookies required for operation. If we enable optional analytics cookies in the future, we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice.
What we do not collect on basic Hub browsing
Reading articles, browsing the company directory, or viewing the aggregated news feed on the Hub does not require an account. We do not sell your personal information.
Uploads and community content
When community or upload features launch, submissions must follow our Terms of Use network standards, including:
- Clear helpfulness: Every property must benefit people without a direct paywall blocking core value.
- AI-authentic solutions: Listed solutions must be AI-focused—roughly 80% or more genuinely powered by AI.
- PG-friendly and safe: No pornographic uploads, dangerous code, or harmful material.
We may review uploads for safety and policy compliance. Content that violates these standards may be removed without notice. Prohibited material (including pornography and dangerous code) must not be uploaded.

- Enforce our Terms and community standards
- Comply with law and protect our rights and users
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us host and operate the Hub (under confidentiality obligations), when required by law, or to protect safety and security.
Third-party links and feeds
The Hub links to external news sources, AI company websites, and tools. Those sites have their own privacy policies. RSS and feed items take you to publisher websites when you click headlines.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. Server logs and analytics may roll off on a schedule defined by our hosting provider.
Children
The Hub is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Your choices
- You may stop using the Hub at any time.
- You may request access to or deletion of personal information you provided to us by emailing the address below, subject to legal exceptions.
- Planned newsletter and social channels will include their own unsubscribe or opt-out instructions when live.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
